It does not mean we're employed by James Hardie or that we only sell Hardie. When another material fits your home or budget better — LP SmartSide, cedar, FastPlank — we'll say so.
ColorPlus is Hardie's baked-on factory finish: multiple coats applied and cured in controlled conditions, which is why it resists fading and chipping better than paint applied on a ladder in Washington humidity. It costs more up front and comes in a fixed palette.
