ColorPlus is a factory-applied, baked-on finish — multiple coats cured onto the board at the plant, backed by a 15-year finish warranty. It comes in two collections: the Statement Collection™ stocked locally, and the Dream Collection™ — 700+ colors made to order.
The current Northwest palette: 19 siding colors across plank, panel, shingle, and battens — 10 of them also in trim, 5 in soffit — priced as the standard ColorPlus option with the fastest availability.
Searching "Statement Collection colors" online will show you different palettes. James Hardie curates a separate Statement Collection for each region — East Coast colors differ from ours in the Pacific Northwest — and stocking varies by product and size within the palette. The colors below are the current West region offer; ask us for current availability before you fall in love with a chip.
Screen colors are approximations — always confirm with a physical sample board in daylight. Within the palette, stocked vs. made-to-order varies by product and size; palette updates roll out regionally. We confirm current colors with our local Hardie rep on every bid.
The Dream Collection is the full ColorPlus range — 700+ colors beyond the stocked palette, each produced for your job. Matching brick, a roof you're keeping, an HOA scheme, or a color you've wanted for years — it's almost certainly in here.
Same board, same baked-on finish, same 15-year warranty. What changes: several weeks of lead time and a per-job premium — we quote it side by side with Statement.
Ask About a Dream ColorSame fiber cement board, same ColorPlus finish process, same 15-year finish warranty. Neither collection is 'better' siding.
Statement colors sit at the distributor and arrive within days. Dream colors are produced for your order — plan on several extra weeks before install.
Statement is the standard ColorPlus price. Dream carries a per-square-foot factory premium — we quote both side by side so you can compare on your actual home.
We keep physical boards from both collections at our Anacortes showroom, and bring samples to estimates on request. Judge color outdoors, in Northwest daylight, against your trim and roof.
